Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are getting you are getting printer offline issue on HP Deskjet 3630 printer. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • How is the printer connected to the computer, wired or wireless?

Meanwhile:

Reset the printer.

  • Make sure the printer is idle, not making any sounds, before continuing.
  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  • If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the Power button   to turn it on.
  • Try printing again and note what happens.

Let me know how it works.

If the issue is resolved and you appreciate my help,

Please click the "Accept as Solution" button and the "Thumbs Up".

Cheers
