Ethernet port stopped working.  Mutliple cables and ports on the switch tried; all working with other devices.  When the printer is powered on the amber and green lights are on constantly for about 5 seconds then turn off as initialization completes.  When the ethernet cable is connected the amber light flashes once briefly.  The Wired Network Status is Not Connected.  WiFi is working, although email printing seems to have been disabled at the same time that the ethernet port failed.  Any ideas?

Hello @tnarboro

Go to the network set up menu then network services and disable IPV6 then go back to the same menu and look for the Link speed option and change it to 100 TX Full, it will be a good idea to upgrade the Firmware if you can print when having the printer wireless

At this point to say for sure that the network port its defective you can do the following it's call peer to peer where you connect the printer directly to a PC using a network cable making sure that both Printer and PC has the wireless off (in case that you use a laptop) let them connect usually takes about 4-5 min after that you can check the light indicators to see if they are flashing on the printer if they do print a configuration report if that reports shows the IPV4 as 169.254.XXX.XXX it means that printer it's fine and mostly is something else preventing your printier to connect to your network
