HP Deskjet 3050A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to install my printer, using the HP Print Install Wizard, it doens't show up my printer to install it. Also I have the printer configure in the same network as my PC and when I clicked that option it does show up. But after I click next it goes back to the page to discover the printer again. In other words, the wizard is not installing/discovering the printer via USB Cable or Network

@p_alvarez10,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to setup your HP Deskjet 3050A e-All-in-One Printer on the network.

This issue could occur if the firewall is blocking the printer or the connections may not be correct.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Printer Not Found During Network Driver Setup (Windows)

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
