I don't know what may be causing this error message to be printed (other than it perhaps having something to do with the graphics engine trying to print an image).

It is not clear exactly what you mean by:

>> "... When i start printer ...

Do you mean:

  • When I power on the printer? or
  • When I send a print job to the printer?

>> "... it is Printing on the paper continuesly ..."

Do you mean:

  • The error message is printed (once) every time that I power-up the printer? or
  • The error message is printed (once) every time that I power-up the printer, then the printer reboots itself automatically, and the error message is printed again, and so on? or
  • The error message is being printed every time that I send a new print job to the printer? or
  • ... something else?

Does the error occur if you power-off the device, disconnect USB and/or ethernet cables and/or wireless, then power thre unit back on again?

The easy way to solve pcl xl errors is to use any driver except the pcl6 driver.  Try the pcl5 or postscript driver if available. The error only occurs with pcl6.
