HP envy 4504

My HP Envy 4504 just recently will not print photographs. It tries to start but then goes into rest mode, it will print documents. I have changed it to another printer of the same make but it still occurs. This happened after I had photocopied a document, has a setting been inadvertantly changed I am not that computer savvie.

Greetings @BTB-73,

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are unable to print photos from your printer.

Don't worry, I will be glad to help.

May I know the operating system installed on the computer?

May I know which application you are using to print photos?

Please refer to the below articles for assistance in printing photos.

HP Printers - Printing Photos (Windows)

HP Printers - Printing Photos (Mac)

Let me know if this helped.

If the information I've provided was helpful,

Please give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accepted Solution" and "Kudos" buttons,

That’ll help us and others see that we’ve got the answers!

Good Luck.
