M570dw

Hi,

I have multiple printers HP Color Laser Jet Pro 500 (M570dw) with some issues.

- One is able to print, copy and scan, but it keeps showing error "The product is unable to calibrate" - I`ve double check the glass, ADF, open it, clean the scanner, the white surface. And still nothing.

- The other printer is givving me error 51.30

Any ides?

Thanks

The problem was with the top ADF feeder. So i replace the top cover with another one. Didnt have time to look inside and find the problem

The first printer with calibrate may not be the scanner but calibration of the toner cartridges.  The printer will attempt to calibrate the color most times if a toner cartridge has been replaced or even after a large number of print jobs.  It is possible one of the toner cartridges is defective and not puttting down the calibration marks.  Suggest you take the toners from the printer with the 51.30 error and move them to the calibration issue printer and see if it comes to ready to print.  As to the printer with the 51.30 error all I can find is below:

51.XX Error

Description

The product has experienced an internal hardware error.
