Try / Consider:
If you like, remove the program > reboot > and then install the program from the Windows Store.
HP Scan and Capture - Installing and Using HP Scan and Capture App (Windows 10)
Check / Verify / Select your Printer:
Settings > Select Device > verify >
If necessary: Manual Search > Enter Printer IP Address
