HP Recommended
ScanJet 7000s2
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Currently the user has Windows 7 64 bit OS running Office 2007. She users HP smart Document Scan version 3.7.1 to scan files to email. All was working until 2013 accidentally got installed but has since been removed. When the user tries to perform a scan to email it is unable to send or connect to the outlook address book.

I have already tried reinstalling HP smart scan

Running a repair on Office including clearning any old registry items

Removed any new file paths for Office.

Able to download the Address book wihtin Outlook.

Issue isn't tied to a particular user account.

No event logs

Not able to find any good information through google or Hp support site

Any direction or information would be appreciated
