HI

After scanning a document using HP Smart, I can save it in Google Drive, OneDrive or Box folders that are synced on my desktop.

For OneDrive and Google Drive I then have no problem opening the document scanned.

For Box, the size of the document saved is 0 kb and it can't be open, whether it was saved as PDF or jpeg.

Error message "...could not open the document because it is either not a supported file or because the file has been damaged"

Box support says that "It looks like your scanner does not have application integration to Box, hence the file is empty or could not be read."

So i need to save on my desktop first and then moved the document to the BOX folder. Not ideal.

Any idea where the problem is? Box or HP?

thx for your help

Jay
