I have my Printer/Scanner wirelessly connected to my laptop.

However, I now have a problem with the scanner function in that when I try to scan something using the HP Smart app (which always worked before), I can hear the scanner working, but my laptop comes up with the message "Scanner Not Found.  The device could not be reached.  Check your printer to make sure the device is online and then try again.  If the problem persists, visit the HP Support website".

The device is connected fine as the printer is still working wirelessly.  The printer is getting the message from the laptop, but it's not coming back with anything.  Is it a Windows 10 issue?
