Product: Envy 4520

HP Smart App won't open, I get the following message:

"We're sorry, something went wrong. We couldn't load HP Smart right now. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please retry or exit HP Smart and try again later"

It has been doing this for a week

My laptop is running Windows 10 Enterprise
