I had to replace my Hard Drive, and I am attempting to restore all my programs. I visited HP and downloaded the recommended driver installation program for Win10 64bit (PS_AIO_02_NetWired_Full_Win_WW_140_408-5.exe). I have successfully installed the printer software & drivers, and I can print a test page.
However I need to run HP Solution Centre in order to save scanned documents. When I open HP Solution Center, it first displays the splash screen with blue boxes along the bottom, then the black window comes up. It displays the error: Cannot run because your device installation is not complete.
I have removed all HP software (rebooting each time when prompted) and re-installed from scratch (again rebooting when prompted). I still get the same error. Oh-boy 😞
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would like to inform you that solution center is not compatible with Windows 10. However, when you install the full feature software it will install HP assistant using which you can scan.
