Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Could you provide me the link for downloading the HP Solution Center for my printer/scanner ?

I have it on a CD, but the new PC does not have a CD unit anymore .... I have it on my old PC, but I can not find how to transfer it.

Thanks for assistance.

Hi,

 

Downlaod driver and software for the printer from link below. HP Solution Center will also be installed if printer is not installed.

Hi,

Thanks for providing this link.

However, when starting the installation, I get now the message :

 

This computer does not have the necessary USB software support to allow completion of a USB installation. The installation cannot continue until this is resolved.

Required action : click cancel to exit this software installation. In order to install this device as a USB device, check your computer documentation.

 

I have now an HP Elitebook 840G3 with Win7.

This software worked on my previous Probook, with Win7.

 

Would you know a solution for this message ?
