HP Photosmart C3100 Series All
Microsoft Windows Vista (64-bit)

I have an HP Photosmart C3100 All-in-One printer. I was having problems printing from the internet. I ran HP Print & Scan Doctor which had me go to HP Customer care which then had me download file: AIO_CDA_Full_Non-Network_enu_NB. This apparently unistalled everything I had and reinstalled my printer software. In doing so, I lost HP Solution Center and HP Digital Imaging Monitor. I am able to print, but I no longer have the Solution Center so I can scan documents. I do not have the installation CD that came with the printer. Any solutions? Thanks.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times. Got about 95% of the way thru with the installation when got message that it was timed out. Have the HP Solutions icon on desktop but when try to run get error message "No HP devices have been detected. HP Solution Center will close now." Looks like I'll be forced to buy a new printer which can be installed on my laptop. Thanks anyway.

I should have added I am no longer able to print anything from the internet. Self test works but nothing else. Not sure what happened there as I was able to print previously. I'm sure it's related.
