HP Sprocket 100
iOS

My HP Sprocket is only printing half the picture (cutting the rest off) and leaving the other half as the blank picture. Also, occasionally after connecting my phone to the printer and pressing print, the nosie starts up on the sprocket yet nothing comes out?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

We're suggest that you try to do a reset to see if it resolves your issue.

This resource should show you how to reset.  You'll need to pair the Sprocket with your phone after reset.

Hi,

If you have already done that and still doesn't resolve the issue, then you may want to contact HP.

Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect

Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone numberCase number and phone number appear.

They will be happy to assist you immediately.

Hope that helps!
