PLEASE HELP!

I'm the studio manager for GBG USA Marketing department.

It seems that we can never achieve true black and white images when we print.

Balck and white images always aper to have a hint of magenta or Cyan, never true black. 

And I have tried every setting I can posibly imaging.

 And always print form Photoshop!

 

We run on Macs 10.11.6

Hi,

 

Thanks for contacting with HP Support Forum.

 

Please go to printer properties--> Color--->Select Print in Pure Black and White (in the same time your document content must black/white contarast 100%), Lets try that process.
