Hi

I have a T620 in the workshop. On plugging it in if boot to 100% and then gives  a 79:04 error

I went through the process to reset the eeprom

this made no differance

I then did the "security cleanse"  as describbed in an earleir post on the 79:04 error

After this the machine was booted to 100% but then gave a 03:10 error

Any ideas what to do next ?

Kind regards

Peter

hi, i found 79:04 errors are either a corrupt drawing or a printhead.

for the corrupt drawing unplug the network cable and restart.

for a printhead: take out all consumables and restart.

3:10 is a power supply issue, usually a faulty fan, but sometimes it is to late and the whole power supply is gone.

HI Thanks for your responce

I sorted it by getting a new hard drive

This booted fine  but I later got a 03:10 error

I changed the power supply and the machine is now stable and working well
