Envy 5530

I recently bought a job lot of HP Vivid Photo Paper as they were going very cheap at a local store.

Upon printing, the image is very poor quality. I have an Envy 5530 home inkjet printer. I suspect that the ink used in my printer is not compatible with the paper because I get a better image when using standard Photo paper.

My question to the forum is can anyone shed some light on whether I can use a different ink in my current printer that will work?

Any advice welcomed.

Hi,

No diffrent inks for your printer. I can't see HP Vivid Photo Paper on the list:

Can you see it in yours ? If yes, you have to select it. Using wrong paper selection can have different result. If no, I think printer won't support this type of papers.

Regards.
