Product: HP Web JetAdmin
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)
When viewing all devices in Jet admin the column Device firmare and Jetdirect Revision says <Not supported> for some printers (example HP Laserjet 400 M401dn). but does reflect that a Device firmware is available for upgrade. So we upgrade the printer, does indeed upgrade fine to the new firmware but HP jetadmin does not reflect the update and always says an update is needed. The Device firmware Column still says <Not supported>. This does occure for all HP laserjet 400 series printers. Can someone tell me why this happens, is this a bug, what am i missing? Thanks Scott
