Product: HP Z3200

We are having trouble finding a source for newsprint paper rolls for this printer in hong kong.   the rolls we need are for the standard 2-inch spindle.  we can find 3-inch diameter rolls (of unneeded higher paper quality) but they don't fit the spindle, obviously.  so we are unrolling paper from the 3-inch roll and wrapping it around the 2-inch core, then loading that onto the spindle.

 

1) any suggestions on a local source for 2-inch newsprint rolls?  minimum order might be a factor.  we use about 8 per month.

2) is it possible to modify the 2-inch spindle to handle 3-inch rolls?

3) could the printer be modified somehow to handle a 3-inch spindle (if such a thing exists) and thus the 3-inch rolls?
