HP deskjet 3630 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Hp deskjet 3630 all in one printer all lights started blinking with "E" in display window.   My computer says it is offline.  I have tried using a USB connection and doing a hard reset.  Nothing works it returns to flashing and remains off line.  Any suggestions?

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP deskjet 3630 printer. I understand that you are getting printer offline issue and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity.
  • Set the default printer and unpause printing.
  • Reset the printer and check the connection status.
  • Update the printer firmware.
  • Create a manual connection.
  • Add the printer using HP Printer Assistant.

Click here and follow the document to perform the above mentioned steps.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers.
