Hello.
My product:
HP Officejet 4500 G510n-z
CN547A
From the HP site I am told that my printer is compatible with ePrint Home & Biz. I have installed the app on my iPhone.
However, when I open the app and search for my printer I cannot see it or configure it as it isnt ePrint so has no email address.
My question is, am I doing something wrong, or, is HP telling me the wrong information.
My Printer is currently wirelessly attached to my router on a static ip address. I can see it on my other "Windows" computers, just not through the app.
Help greatly appreciated before I tear rest of hair out.

Unfortunately the 4500 is not compatible with ePrint. Here is a link for specs for your printer:

Thank you for your reply DonovanH Below I have copied from the HP website. As you can see, the Officejet 4500 supports HP ePrint Home & Biz. If this isn't correct, then why does it say it is and why have I been wasting my time trying to do something HP say I can and you say I cannot?

My appolgies, it does not support ePrint, however it does support the Home and Biz app. What is your home network configuration?
