If either of you print a lot "and" use lots of color ink volume per print, perhaps the HP Ink program would serve you better than refilling your own?
If you havent heard of it, check it out here...
HP Instant Ink - Ink Subscription Service
Your envy 5660 qualifies for that.
Just a thought. They'll send you the ink as you need it. If you get a bad cartridge, they send you another.
Some folks swear by it, some dont. If you need more info, let me know.
Hope I've helped in some way.
If so, give me a thumbs up so the Great Admin in the Clouds will know Im useful. lol

firstly, i'm not from US, so instant ink service is not supported in my country. Even new cart 62 is not available in my local market.
Secondly, though i've taken care of vent lines while refilling, yet i'll re-check and re-clean the lines. And if my printer starts working again, i'll give you not 1 but 5 thumbs-up, but till then you have to wait... 🙂

The fill hole has to be covered or it may leak out the printhead.
But sometimes the vents are block from inside if you overspill ink when filling too.
Thats why I say if it does what you say, its hard to get it working again, so I buy a new one and start over.
But you can always try it.
Good luck.

I tried all possible tricks, but to no avail.....I might have to wait till new cart 62 is available in my local market.
Anyways Photoray thanks for your suggestion and as promised here are your five 'thumbs ups' 😉
