Product: HP m430
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a HP M430 MFP that is connected to RightFax Faxing Solutions.  The device sends the fax to a repository where it is picked up and sent over the network to a user's mailbox.

This particular device is sending an incorrect file image that is not recognized, thus the fax is not being sent.  I have checked the settings against other HP models we have in service and everything looks correct.

 

My question is where can you format  the image file so it is correct?
