HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One P

HP officejet 6310 not printing red with new ink cartridge. Tried cleaning heads without any change. No error messages on printer.

I see that you are having issues while printing in red on your HP Officejet 6310 printer. Appreciate all your troubleshooting efforts so far 🙂

 

Did you try with a new cartridge? This issue looks like an issue with the tri-color cartridge on your printer. If you have an alternate cartridge, please give it a try and check.

Also, check http://hp.care/2ntYs2o for detailed troubleshooting steps.
