Product: 3520

HP printer 3520 won't print black. prints colors. gone through all trouble shooting steps on webpage including new cartridge.  Printer is two to three years old.

If the standard troubleshooting did not resolve the issue you might try manually cleaning the printhead as shown in the post here.
