Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was having the same issue others were having with a spinning circle on an HP 7740 after starting to print.

after days of trying, and uninstalling and reinstalling, and even removing cartridges (HP) and reinstalling, i changed my black ink.

It was out, but yet didnt say it was out.

As soon as I changed it, it worked again.

 

oddly though, I could print test pages with black ink
