So what is HP gpoing to do about this?

The rewards message pops up and I can barely get rid of it but it consistently indicates "Error processing HP Rewards" with no error # or opportunity for redress.

Sucks.

Hi, check out the web feedback form below

HP can then provide individualized support for your issue.

Hope this helps, Ciara

Same issue going on with my Mac (10.8), my Mac is connected to the internet, my printer IS connected and prints fine, and I get the same "Error processing HP Rewards" message.

If I access the message on HP Utility app (under View > Message Center) and click on [Claim my HP Rewards] I get the same error ("Error Processing HP Rewards").

If this can't be resolved, at least I'd like to disable that message on my Mac. If I can't get the rewards, why just not remove this feature?

By the way, the link provided is redirected to a "We’re sorry, but this page is currently unavailable. Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve your experience." page (https://h30509.www3.hp.com/Rewards/Unavailable).

Totally agree - I've had my printer for over a year and this link has NEVER worked. I have the latest drivers and always have the latest Mac OS installed. Why did I bother registering???

Thanks Nic. What driver are you using? Do you get the 'error processing rewards' msg?

Yeah - same message as reported earlier in this thread for Mac OS. My drivers are the latest from the website which I downloaded and setup via the HP Setup Assistant program.

Hi Nic,

Do you have Mac OS X 10.6 or later? I take it you're in Australia, not the US?

I spoke with the HP Rewards folks and you should log your issue at the online form below...

Can you please let me know how you get on?

Thanks, Ciara
