How so I eliminate my old printer from the HP smart app and add my new printer to the app? My old printer is long gone and my new printer is connected to my wifi. It prints perfectly from my Chromebook I just can't print from my Android even though the printer shows up on my printer status

@calvinbjackson4, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you would like to remove a printer from HP Smart App.

Lets us try these steps:

  • Open HP Smart and then click the Printer icon in the left bar.
  • Click on select a Different Printer, then click the Remove link on the right
  • Press the X mark of the unwanted printer tile to remove it and click on done.

If you are unable to delete the printer, then uninstall the HP Smart app and reinstall it.

For more info on adding a printer to the HP Smart app, refer to - HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
