please help
i cant use the scan to computer nor scan to network user on my t830 it keeps give me the [An error has occurred] on the web server, i own a business and every time i want to scan i have to plug an usb in the machine.
i tried connecting the machine wirelessly and tried through cable directly and tried hrough switch and tried different PCs and different windows, the same error message every time. knowing that also cant set up web services due to the same problem.
anybody encountered this problem or has a solution?

You can onlhy use either wireless or Ethernet network connection. if wireless is ON, then you cannot use Cable. If Cable is being used then you must turn off wireless.
Initially setup via DHCP and once a IP address is established, secure that IP address on your router.
This will prevent any IP address conflicts.
sometines a reboot is necessary to establish and maintain the IP address.
Good Luck,

i am using cable and wireless is off and even when i try it wireless the same problem persist, even when i connect the machine to laptop directly through cable the same, so i dont think there's an IP conflict.
how do i secure that IP on router?
