Hi,
Have you tried going through these steps? I assume these might help by your description:
First I suggest ensuring the following Windows Update is installed:
If the same persists I highly suggest Following Steps 5 and 6 under 'Manual steps to solve the problem' to set a manual IP Address and add the printer by a Standard TCP/IP port instead the default WSD Windows 10 method, then check for any difference.
