HP Recommended

This probably isn't officially sanctioned advice, but after trying the cleaning methods offered by the printer I still had a zero yellow ink output on a fresh cartridge. I've seen people clean the printheads by removing them but since that isn't the case with 4620, I went ahead and used a syringe with a 50% water/50% isopropyl alcohol mixture on the print heads similar to this video. I gave it some time to dry and was rewarded with full yellow output when I printed my next page.
