HP5520 PhotoSmart requires a Proxy Server and Port from my ISP they do not use Proxty Servers any more and I can not print or even scan to computer. What is the fix for this Web services is down also. Is there a secret update i had to USB connect the printer and wireless connect the printer to get any thing to work its too frustrating.

 

ePrint does not work either

Hi Hatterville,

 

Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I see that you have encountered an error when trying to enable Web Services on your Photosmart 5520.

 

To resolve the error please set a manual IP address and DNS servers for your printer.  I’ve include a link to another post on the forums showing the steps with screen shots.  Don’t worry that the screen shots are for the Photosmart 7510, the steps are the same.
