HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet 6812
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have tried everything I could find to fix this issue but nothing works. How do I go about returning?

The printer will need to be returned for service to HP. See the document here, HP should send a replacement printer and a prepaid box label for returning the defective printer.
