HP Recommended
HPLJ MFP M130fn
Linux

Hi. I have installed many an HP printer on our network, but never encountered this.

After adding the printer in CUPS, I send a test page but nothing prints. The CUPS queue showed that the test page printed but nothing actually did print.  The printer works (I've printed a network summary), and is on my network (I've browsed into the printer)

I took a look to see if I had the latest version of HPLIP and found that the M130 was not listed when on this webpage:

http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/supported_devices/index.html

M128fn and M132a are listed, but M130fn is not between those two.  To see this on the afore mentioned webpage, on the "Lookup By Device Type and Model:" area of the webpage, select Laserjet/LaserJet MFP/Mopier" and then look for LaserJet PRO MFP M130 in the display of supported printers.
Does its absence indicate that, for some very odd reason, this printer will not work in a Linux envoronment?

I'm running Red Hat Enterprose Linux Server,  release 7.3 (Maipo).

My current version of HPLIP is: hplip-3.15.9-2.el7.x86_64 (the most recent available from Red Hat).

I'd sure hate to  have to repack this thing, and would really like to be able to put it into use.

Thank you in advance,

Brad
