Scanjet 5590
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Scanjet 5590 digital Flatbed Scanner

1. Scanner is saving the doc on system. But the scanned image is sometimes plain white or sometimes with lines across white plain image.
2. Same thing with flatbed, and ADF.
3. But in flatbed, it makes noises and when the head moves left side and gets stuck. After that, the scanner hangs and unable to get turned off from the scanner button. Have to plug off.
