Hello DBACK

Other than this message at start up, do you have any problems in relation to your printer or printer installation? If so, could you attach a screenshot of the error and explain what problems you are having with the printer?

I am trying to find an answer to this HRESULT-2147220473 Failed to register C\Windows\Macromed\Flash\Flash9b.oxc error. I am using Window Vista Home Premium on a PC with an HP Photosmart C8100 series Printer on a wireless network. I use IE9 most of the time but have FireFox installed too. Any solution to correct this?

From what I understand this has worked for most:

Uninstall all versions of Adobe Flash .

Then verify that the folder "C\Windows\Macromed\Flash" is deleted.

Then install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

You may also need to update HP Solution Center:

This may help. I was having a similar problem as you can see above. I resolved the issue by completely uninstalling my printer software and downloading it for the HP drive and software website. Once I re-installed the software I was able to take full advantage of my printers abilities. If this does not resolve the problem try un-installing Adobe Flash and reinstalling it from their wedsite.

Hope this helps!!!

Thanks for responding.  I haven't had a chance to try it yet.  What is the website to the printer drivers?
