Have a HP4630 all in one printer that when I loaded Black Ink cartridge 61 it gives e an error messa

The 61 black ink cartrige wont load and tells me my cartrige is not compatible for this machine and therefore wont print. Ive tryed 3 new HP 61 black cartriges and there all the same.

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Officejet 4630 printer. I understand that you are getting incompatible ink cartridge error message and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting. 

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

• Remove, inspect, and then reseat the cartridges.
• Clean the electrical contacts.
• Remove and reinsert the cartridges again.
• Reset the printer.
