Product: HP Officejet Pro 8500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer has not been used for awhile.  Replaced all ink cartridges with new HP cartridges.  It will not print.  Have run clean printhead, align, etc. NOTHING.  Well, it printed a little magenta - definately no black.  Have tried every trick I could find.  HELP.

Thanks for the link.  I tried all of those steps.  Running Print Quality right now - the only color that prints is magenta.

Try these Youtube videos here to clean the printhead.

Search for more if needed.  If no joy, your printer may be toast.
