HP 500-205t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Problem:   Windows 10 HP desktop 500-205t  but Wireless printer stopped working after Microsoft sent out an update for HP for the HP Officejet J6400.   Was running Version 13 of software and attempted to install version 14 from HP but can’t get version 13 to uninstall??  This has worked for two years??  Also currently works from my windows 10 laptop using version 14.

Was successful at installing version 14 but when you print, it never get to the print queue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @GoofyFox,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print from your HP Officejet J6400 All-in-One Printer after installing the latest version of the drivers.

This issue could occur if the printer is offline or the ports are not configured properly.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Printer is Offline (Windows)

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
