Howdy, We appear to have a similar issue as I've read other have.. Our HP1536 has security pass word set and we are NOT able to clear this.. All options are protected w/ password... Please advise and send "private" info. for resolutiion. Thank you..

hello can you send me the instructions on how to cold reset an hp1536dnf device ? my unit continuallymalfunctions and it spontaneously resets itself. i have updated the firmware the the latest build. thank you from vancouver canada. my email is {Private Information Removed}
