Thanks for the update. Strange, these LJ's just don't go into a "unknown" state very often. I will continue looking into this one and if I come up with anything that you haven't already tried, I'll give you a shout or PM you. Thanks for working with me and depending on warranty status, this may warrant a call to HP Technical Support to exercise those options.
