I cannot print anything in pdf in color.  settings show set to color but prints in black and white.  HELP!!

Much depends on the program / application you are using to submit the print job.

 

 

Check all the color / blk and wht settings in both the program you use to print AND the Preferences / Properties in the print software.

  

For example, if you are printing with Adobe Reader DC:

 

Open document > click  Print icon   >

UN-Check Print in grayscale (Black and white) 

Open Properties > Paper / Quality > Select / Confirm "Color" > OK

 

Select Media = Plain Paper as opposed to leaving the paper type to Auto.

 

Depending on your printer / software, you might be able to switch the color / blk-wht setting with other Media types (kinds of paper).

 

At least for testing purposes, do not set "Draft" quality -- this might cause a default to black and white.

Thank you. I ended up uninstalling the printer and my n adobe software and reinstalling. Works great now!!!!
