HP Recommended
Product: NAP2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been using my scanner on my HP officejet 4500 wireless for years with NAP2 for the last year or 2 with no problem.  Suddenly it won't recognize my scanner anymore or says it's offline.  So I removed it and tried to reinstall.  No joy.  Any suggestions on how to get this working again?
