I replaced an HP Inkjet Printer with a new ENVY 5660 Printer. I can't get the Avery 5202 File Folder label to print in correct label locations.

This downloadable template (Filing Label, 7 per 4x6 sheet) is compatible with Avery 5202, 7100, 5230, 5235
If you must download the template before use with Word:
- Open the Avery Webpage, search for and download the template to your computer,
- Open the containing folder (likely Downloads),
- Double-click on the template executable,
- Say "No, Thanks" to the offer of extra software and changes to your browser,
- Click to open the template in Word
- Template may open in "Compatibility" mode - if you want to convert (assuming you are using an updated version of Office: File > Convert (to .docx) format
Checking this for you, I find that Word 2016 corrrectly sets the Paper Size, the Orientation, and the margins for the template.
When you print, be sure you check / adjust the Print settings, including the Printer Properties.
Verify / adjust Paper / Quality > Advanced > Paper Size for printing on the 4X6 inch label paper.
Verify / select a Paper / Quality > Media type (kind of paper) that is thicker than normal paper.
For example, if you printer supports it, select a Media type of Brochure, Index card, or other "non-plain-paper" setting.
If you have not done so, consider using the free Avery Design Software for PC:
The Avery software includes the template.
Open the software > Click on Binders & Divider Tabs > search for 5202 > Double click on one of the offerings > software opens the label > Edit one or all > Save and Print
Although not written for Vista, the following document may provide some helpful examples for using the software and printing the results.
