How To Cold reset HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer –L41a

Hi @drdjbob,

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums with your printer inquiry.

I understand that you would like to know how to perform a "cold reset" on an HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer. I would lik to help with that.

Usually a 'cold reset involves turning off the power and then removing the power cord.

This can be a little tricky because this printer has a battery.

I would trun the power off and unplug the printer, then remove the battery for 60 seconds.

After 60 seconds, reinstall the battery and connect the power cord before powering back on.

The only other option for performing any other resets I found in the HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer User Guide is the 'reset to factory settings'.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

In fact, if this helps you to reach a solution please click the "Accept as Solution", and the "thumbs up" buttons down below in this message. 🙂

Thanks!
