I Use windows 7 Home premium 64 bit SP 1, Photosmart all in one B109 n-z, notebook HP Presario CQ 61
When I enter into Control panel > Printers & features I see the icon of my PC with a yellow triangle and inside an exclamation point. I click right on it and > solve problems. After some seconds it tell me “enable the Photosmart B 109 n-z”
But Photosmart is already enabled because I can already printer with B109, and with a wifi connection too.
So i think all is correct. But how can I remove the triangle and solve the problem ?
Thanks and happy new year

Hi robsotta
I understand you have a exclamation on the printer icon but you can still print.
I will be happy to assist you with this.
It usually means the drivers for that printer are corrupted or missing.
I would uninstall and download and install the printer again.
If you need more assistance just let me know.
