I printed a UPs form from a shopping site and sent the package and now I want to track it and I didn't save the tracking number. Is there a way i can retrieve the document I printed?

UPS likely has your tracking information at their website -- if not, call your local UPS depot and ask for help to track the package. Too, you can check your email to find any information sent to you regarding the shipment / package.
I do not see an automatic method to reprint documents printed previously.
Reference - User Guide
If the setup is available for your software / printer, you can set up this ability "after the fact" for later use:
Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers > Right-Click on your Printer > Printer Properties > Change Properties (if necessary) > Click tab Advanced > CHECK Keep printed documents > Click OK
Assuming the setup works, the result can be a bit disconcerting -- all your printed documents stay in the queue.
Printed documents will be marked "Sent to Printer" / "Printed" (wording varies).
New documents that you print are added to the queue and are marked "printed" after they go to the printer.
