How can I turn off the Photo cartridge in my HP 7525 for printing simple Black text

I need to print 100 pages of black text.  How can I turn off the Photo cartridge in my HP 7525 so that I don't use it up? It won't allow you to print black text with the Photo cartridge removed.

Make sure your Media type is selected as Plain paper (as opposed to "automatic").
