You can read:

"This is tipically caused if two or more sheets stick together in the product or if the tray is not properly adjusted".

 

The resolution can be found in page 145.

Just replace the Selenoid and the Pick up Assembly... Still doing the samething! - any other suggestions? - also I tried a diferent media brand. / thank you

FInally figuerd out this problem. you have to go to your computer, right click your printer's icon, for me, it is hp 2800 series all in one, then click printer property,  then device setting, then change the paper size for tray 2 to letter. 

 

dont know why hp printers so dumb , can't set this up by itsself.  if you dont do this, it will stay at A4 , see the picture below. good luck !.hp2800 problem.png
